Learning Outcomes: By the end of the program you will be awarded a Professional Culinary Arts certificate from the Aleanza Culinary program. You will also have elite level understanding of food business entrepreneurship and take home a business plan, a minimum viable product and prototype of your brand / business.

  • Egg & breakfast cookery

  • Potatoes, grains & pasta

  • Cooking vegetables

  • Entrepreneurship essentials (Integra Business School framework)

  • Fundamentals of short, medium and long term SME Innovation strategy (Harvard Business School framework by Clayton Christensen & Chef Rob Pengson)

  • Basics of financial accounting.

Level Three

  • Principles of meat & seafood cookery

  • Cooking Techniques

  • Business model comparisons: Fine dining VS bistro VS cafe VS QSR et al. (By Rocket Hospitality)

  • Quantitative Marketing (Framework by The Wharton School)

  • Basics of contract and negotiations.

Level Four

  • Departmental and functional management essentials consultations (by Rocket Hospitality)

  • Hands on culinary operations coaching (By Gastro Nexus Group)

  • Product & menu engineering (by Rocket Hospitality)

    • Credits available for development: PHP 30,000, anything in excess is to the account of the student.

  • Startup venture strategy.

Level Five

  • Hands on culinary operations coaching (Exclusive 1:1 with a real, working and practicing Executive Chef)

  • International Cuisine 102

  • Level Objective: FINALIZE 12-MONTH PLAN and road to a PHP 30,000,000 peso pre money valuation.

Level Nine

  • Level Objective: INTRODUCTION TO PROCESS, ROADMAP, FORECAST, MARKETING & SALES STRATEGIES, FULFILLMENT AND THE TEAM.

Level Ten

  • Level Objective: PRODUCT & BRAND LAUNCH. For those taking the P1M peso challenge, the highest credentials of MASTER CHEF DIPLOMA and MASTER CHEF ALUMNI are awarded those that complete the challenge within 365 days / 1 year. If you fall short of the result, credentials awarded is MASTER CHEF CERTIFICATE LEVEL 12.

  • Level Objective: First P100,000 Sales

  • 1-on-1 Coaching & Mentorship

Level Twelve

  • Level Objective: First P200,000 Sales

  • Answer: If you DO get it you get the MCP DIPLOMA LEVEL 2, if you DO NOT produce the result within the deadline, you get an MCP DIPLOMA LEVEL 1

  • Question: Who gets the P1M in profit?

  • Answer: The proceeds are distributed by % to you, your team, the program staff and to the host school for the participation of all parties. A contract is executed with students who have successfully enrolled in the course.
