You can disagree all you want, but if you don't possess these qualities, in my book, you're a fake chef.

Make no mistake. I do not just love food and culinary arts, I live it each and every single day for the past 23 years. I did not spend 23 years, millions and millions of pesos, focus, and energy for wannabe chefs to prostitute my profession for likes, comments, and follows.

One of my key purposes in life is "to make the FILIPINO one of the best culinary professionals on the planet."

If you buy into that vision you have my permission to join us and the amazing professionals I call my colleagues. If you do not, you better stay out of our way because you will be passed through the crucible and if you fail, you will be obliterated.

We are not here to "make friends" , were here to make world-class Filipino chefs.

And to make a world-class professionals I am ready to lose some of you weak sauce "colleagues" in exchange for transforming these dedicated individuals into highly skilled, highly knowledgeable, highly trained, highly effective, and highly reliable people that will raise the flag for my beloved country and beloved profession of culinary arts.

Session 7 students yesterday, I am so proud of you. Bechamel, Espagnole, Demi-Glace, Veloute with "Finesse" and "Precision."

Today is session 8, and you are joining us for a high end catering for 100. We put our money where our mouths are. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

Now that's "Crucible",

that's "Mentorship",

that's "CHEF".
